2.2.1.¶
The Property Owner shall be responsible for installation of the lateral service from
the curb line into the building. This also includes isolation, check or other valves or devices,
as applicable.
2.2.2. The Property Owner shall be responsible for the installation of the automatic Zre¶
sprinkler system according to the Standard for the Installation of Sprinkler Systems (NFPA
13).
2.2.3.¶
All buildings not meeting the criteria of 2.1.1 or 2.1.2 above shall have automatic Zre
sprinklers installed throughout the structure, including all public, private, storage and/or
concealed spaces, as deZned by the Standard for the Installation of Sprinkler Systems
(NFPA 13) by no later than December 31, 2029.
