Sales per year	No more than 2 sales in a 12-month period. Applies: Per parcel, with at least 90 days between sales; charities are excluded. § 13.1-2 · code text Not more than two such commercial activities may be conducted in a twelve-month period on any one parcel of land.
Signs	Signs show dates, address and seller names; not on public rights-of-way or poles; posted no more than 2 weeks before. Applies: Remove within 24 hours after the sale ends. Signs on another person's property need that person's permission. § 13.1-3 · code text All signs so posted, either in conformity with these limitations or in violation of these limitations, may not be posted more than two weeks in advance of the first day of the sale activity, and shall be removed within twenty-four hours of the conclusion of the sale activity.
