    When the accommodations are in a hotel that is considered a short-term rental, the accommodations intermediary shall remit the tax on the rent to the License Collector.
Tax rate
  • 15% of the rent.
    § 2.12.010 · code text
    For the privilege of occupancy of space in any hotel, each transient is subject to and shall pay a tax in the amount of fifteen percent of the rent.
Who collects it
