When carts may go to the curb
  • Not before 8:00 p.m. on the day before collection
    Applies: the day immediately prior to the day designated for collection

    Carts and bulky waste shall not be placed for collection before 8:00 p.m. on the day immediately prior to the day designated for such collection.
Where carts are kept
  • A place on the premises not visible from any location outside the premises.
    Applies: After collection and between collections.

    After the collection of refuse, recyclable materials, and bulky waste, each cart and any waste material not picked up by the franchisee shall be promptly removed from the location and returned by the customer of the premises to a location on the premises which is not visible from any location outside of the premises.
