What are the noise rules and construction hours in Benicia?
Benicia's code: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday; outdoor construction in or within 500 feet of a residential zone or downtown mixed use district; city manager permit or emergency excepted.) (§ 8.20.150); No more than 60 dB. (Residential neighborhoods, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.) (§ 8.20.190).
