    All owners and occupants of single-family residential dwelling units are required to separate garbage, recyclable materials and green waste materials and place them in appropriate City-approved containers as required under this chapter so that the City can meet its State mandate of fifty (50) percent solid waste diversion under Assembly Bill 939 (California Integrated Waste Management Act of 1989) as outlined in the California Public Resources Code Sections 40000 et seq.

  • Not in the front yard.
