    The seller shall apply for and receive a no fee garage sale permit from the city before commencement of a garage sale.
Sales per year
  • No more than 2 sales per calendar year at the same address.
    Applies: Single-family homes. Only residents may hold the sale.

    Single-family dwellings shall be allowed a maximum of two garage sales per calendar year at the same address.
  • No more than 2 garage sales per calendar year for each lawful dwelling unit.

Signs
  • Signs: 1 day before to 1 day after the sale; never on poles, streetlights, traffic signs or public right-of-way.
