Signs
  • Up to 1 sign at the sale and 1 at the nearest corner.
    Applies: For sales needing a permit. Total sign area at most 4 sq ft; none on public property or right-of-way; off-site signs need owner's permission.

    One (1) sign may be placed on the property at the authorized location of the sale, and one (1) sign may be placed at the nearest corner.
  • Remove signs by 8:00 p.m. on the day the sale ends.
