    Applies: The police response is cancelled before the officer arrives at the alarm site.

False alarms before a fee
  • The first chargeable false alarm fine in a one-year registration period may be waived.
    Applies: The user completes the online alarm user awareness class within 30 days of the fine notice.

    The Alarm Administrator may waive the false alarm fine for the first chargeable false alarm during the alarm user’s one-year registration period, pending the successful completion of the online alarm user awareness class available through the Alarm Administrator.
When a permit can be revoked
  • Suspension.
