    The owner or tenant shall start Collection service within fifteen (15) days of occupancy for all Premises.
When carts must come back
  • Retrieve containers no later than midnight on the day the franchisee has emptied them

    Such Containers shall not be placed curbside or streetside earlier than 6:00 a.m. the day before scheduled Collection, and shall be retrieved and placed on the Premises and out of view from the street no later than midnight on the day the Franchisee has emptied the Container(s).

Where carts are kept
