Sales per year

Signs
  • At most 2 signs: 1 on the sale property and 1 at the nearest corner.

    A maximum of two signs be used by the permittee to advertise the garage sale. One sign may be placed on the property at the authorized location of the sale, and one sign may be placed at the nearest corner.
  • Signs must come from the city: up to 2 for a $25 refundable deposit.

  • The deposit is returned only if the signs come back in good condition within 72 hours after the sale.
