Notice to tenants
  • Each tenant gets the tentative map staff report at least 3 days before any hearing or action on it.

    The staff report on the tentative map for the condominium conversion shall be provided to the applicant and each tenant of the subject property at least three days before any hearing or action on the tentative map by the commission or city council.
  • The applicant must give all current and prospective tenants the notices state law requires, and prove it to the city.
