Light at the property line	Light trespass that causes glare is banned. § 7.70.050 · code text Light trespass that results in glare is prohibited.
Shielding	Outdoor lights must be hooded, fully shielded and aimed down. § 7.70.050 · code text Outdoor lighting must be hooded, fully shielded, and aimed downward. Fixtures not fully shielded are allowed only if under 3,000 Kelvin and/or 750 lumens each. § 7.70.060 · code text Fixtures not fully shielded shall be allowed only if less than three thousand Kelvin and/or seven hundred fifty lumens per fixture.
