  • Remove within 90 days of placement, and no more than 7 days after the advertised event.

    All temporary signs shall be removed within ninety (90) days of their placement and no more than seven (7) days after the event advertised on the sign has occurred;
  • No more than 3 temporary signs on the same property, total area no more than 30 square feet.
    Applies: Property with one dwelling unit.

    In all zones, no more than three (3) temporary signs may be placed on the same property, and the total area of all the signs on the property may not exceed thirty (30) square feet.
  • The number of signs may be the greater of 3 or the number of dwelling units.

    If, however, there is more than one (1) dwelling unit on the property, the maximum number of signs on the property shall be the greater of three (3) or the number of dwelling units, provided that:
  • Total area of signs up to 10 square feet times the number of dwelling units.
