Where is a residential care home for 7 or more people allowed in Poway?

Poway's code calls this use “F. Residential care facilities licensed by the State for seven to 15 residents”. Each row links to the use table it comes from. A zone marked “see note” has a condition in the code, for example upper floors only or a larger lot.

• Facilities for more than 15 residents are not listed (prohibited). Small facilities (6 or fewer) are a state-law residential use and are not in the table.
