Permit
  • You need a permit from the city's finance director or a designee.

    It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to conduct or carry on any sales activity commonly described as a yard, garage, patio, rummage or similar type sale within the city without first having obtained from the city's finance director, or the director's designee, a permit to do so.
Sales per year
  • No more than 3 sales in any 12-month period.
