  • No more than 2 potbellied pigs.
    Applies: Counted within the 4 household pets.

    Of those four animals, no more than two may be potbellied pigs.
  • An animal regulations officer may allow more pets for a limited time.
    Applies: When removing the animals would endanger their health and well-being.
    § 92.05 · code text
    An animal regulations officer may allow the occupant of the premises to maintain additional household pets on a temporary basis, and on such terms and conditions as the animal regulations officer may require, if the animal regulations officer determines that removal of the animal(s) would be dangerous to the health and well-being of the animal(s).
