§ 23.10.010 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter is to identify the applicability of the West Main Corridor Master Plan. (Ord. 4823, passed 1-22-24)

§ 23.10.020 APPLICABILITY.

The West Main Corridor Master Planning Document applies to all use and development of properties within the boundaries of the West Main Corridor Master Planning area.

§ 23.10.030 WEST MAIN CORRIDOR MASTER PLAN.

All development within the West Main Corridor Master Plan (-WMC) Overlay District shall be consistent with the goals, objectives, and design requirements of the West Main Corridor Master Plan. (Ord. 4823, passed 1-22-24)
