§ 13.12.275. Compliance with improvement standards required.¶

All sewer extensions shall be installed and all sewers connected to the city system in compliance with city improvement standards.

§ 13.12.280. Outside city.¶

No extensions shall be made outside the city, unless the area to be served by the extension is offered perpetually for annexation into the city. The city council may make exception to this section.
