Sec. 7940 Fluoridation.

The City Council of the City of Arcata is hereby authorized, in its discretion, and upon such terms and conditions as said City Council shall specify, to provide for the addition of fluoride to the water supplied by the Environmental Services Department to its customers in an amount of approximately one and not more than 1.2 parts of fluoride to one million parts of water.
