3.24.010 - Created.¶

The refuse collection and disposal operating fund is created.

3.24.020 - Deposit of revenues.¶

All revenues produced from the refuse collection and disposal service charges shall be deposited in the refuse collection and disposal operating fund.

3.24.030 - Expenditures from fund.¶

Expenditures from the refuse collection and disposal operating fund shall be to finance the operation, maintenance, billing and collection and payment to duly designated contractors regarding refuse collection and disposal. Any balance remaining in this fund at the end of a fiscal year shall be transferred to the general fund.
