§ 18.16.010. Preparation standards and specifications.¶
The final tract map shall be prepared by or under the direction of a registered civil engineer or licensed land surveyor, shall be based upon a survey, and shall conform to all information required by Cal. Gov't Code § 66434.
§ 18.16.020. Required certificates and acknowledgements.¶
Certificates or acknowledgements are required for all final tract maps, as per Cal. Gov't Code §§ 66436 and 66442 inclusive.
