Chapter 19.1104 — Definitions and Applicability

When used in this Division, the words, terms, and phrases defined in this chapter shall have the meaning and construction given herein, except when used in a context which clearly indicates a different meaning or construction. Any word, term, or phrase not specifically defined herein but defined in Division 1 of this Title shall be given the meaning and construction set forth in said Division 1 .

Single family. "Single Family" means all property classified as "single family zones" pursuant to Section 19.104.040A.1 hereof, as the same may be amended from time to time and shall,

additionally, mean and include all property actually used for single family residential purposes, notwithstanding the underlying zoning of the subject property.

Multifamily. "Multifamily" means all property classified as "multifamily zones" pursuant to Section 19.104.040A.2 hereof, as the same may be amended from time to time and shall, additionally, mean and include all property actually used for multifamily residential purposes, notwithstanding the underlying zoning of the subject property.

Commercial. "Commercial" means all property classified as "commercial zones" pursuant to Section 19.104.040B and "special zone" pursuant to Section 19.104.040E hereof, as the same may be amended from time to time and shall, additionally, mean and include all property actually used for such commercial or special zone purposes, notwithstanding the underlying zoning of the subject property.

Industrial. "Industrial" means all property classified as "industrial zones" pursuant to Section 19.104.040C hereof, as the same may be amended from time to time and shall, additionally, mean and include all property actually used for industrial purposes, notwithstanding the underlying zoning of the subject property.
