315.1.1: Corrective actions.¶

The Fire Code Official may give notice to the owner of the property upon which conditions regulated by Section 315 of the 2025 CFC exist to correct such condition. If the owner fails to correct such condition, the Fire Code Official may cause the same to be done and make the expense of such correction a lien upon the property upon which such condition exists in the manner and under the procedures provided in Article 2 of Title 4 Chapter 2 of the Burbank Municipal Code.
