5-3-601: FALSE INFORMATION TO POLICE OR FIRE DEPARTMENT:

No person shall wilfully make any false, misleading or unfounded report to the Police Department or Fire Department, or to any officer or employee thereof in the performance of their official duties, for the purpose of interfering with the operation of such department, or with intent to mislead such officer or employee.
