§ 65761

Government Code §§ 65100–65763 — Local Planning, General Plans, Specific Plans, Community Plans (Planning and Zoning Law, Chapter 3, excluding Articles 10.6–10.7) · 2026 edition · updated 2026-09-22 · California

  1. In no event shall any court grant as relief in any action brought pursuant to this article the revocation of any building permits or related permits for the construction of residential housing which has been issued prior to the filing of the complaint in such action.

Nothing in this section shall be construed as a limitation on the ability to bring an action and to grant relief for a violation of Article 10.5 (commencing with Section 65560).
