§ 65350

Government Code §§ 65100–65763 — Local Planning, General Plans, Specific Plans, Community Plans (Planning and Zoning Law, Chapter 3, excluding Articles 10.6–10.7) · 2026 edition · updated 2026-09-22 · California

  1. Cities and counties shall prepare, adopt, and amend general plans and elements of those general plans in the manner provided in this article.
