§ 65450

Government Code §§ 65100–65763 — Local Planning, General Plans, Specific Plans, Community Plans (Planning and Zoning Law, Chapter 3, excluding Articles 10.6–10.7) · 2026 edition · updated 2026-09-22 · California

  1. After the legislative body has adopted a general plan, the planning agency may, or if so directed by the legislative body, shall, prepare specific plans for the systematic implementation of the general plan for all or part of the area covered by the general plan.
