§ 40321

California Health and Safety Code · 2026-10 edition · updated 2026-10-04 · California

A group consisting of one member of the board of supervisors and one member of the city selection committee, appointed by their respective bodies, from each county included, in whole or in part, within the regional district shall enter into an agreement on the composition of the regional district board.
