§ 5070

California Health and Safety Code · 2026-10 edition · updated 2026-10-04 · California

Territory which has become annexed to a district which has authorized the issuance of bonds pursuant to this chapter, and which territory shall use the works, shall become subject to the rates and charges imposed by the district for the use and maintenance of the works.
