§ 30101

Public Resources Code §§ 30000–30900 — California Coastal Act of 1976 · 2026 edition · updated 2026-09-22 · California

  1. “Coastal-dependent development or use” means any development or use which requires a site on, or adjacent to, the sea to be able to function at all.
