§ 26574

California Public Resources Code · 2026-10 edition · updated 2026-10-04 · California

A district may do all of the following:

(a) Sue and be sued.

(b) Make, amend, and repeal bylaws.

(c) Have a seal.

(d) Exercise all powers necessary or incidental to carry out the purposes of this division.
