§ 42499.5

This chapter shall become inoperative on September 30, 2027, and, as of January 1, 2028, is repealed.

(Added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 351, Sec. 3. (AB 2440) Effective January 1, 2023. Repealed as of January 1, 2028, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Ch. 8.7, commencing with Section 42490.)
