2.48.010 P.E.R.S. participation.¶

The city shall continue to participate in the Public Employees’ Retirement System on such terms and conditions as are embodied in the city’s contract with P.E.R.S. together with any applicable provisions and individual contracts of employment or memorandums of understanding.
