3.08.010 Established – Purpose.

***** For provision of Charter law for a trust fund to accumulate City collections, see Charter § 1114. There is established a “departmental trust fund” for the City, as is required by, and for the purposes specified in, Section 1114 of the Charter. (Prior code § 2.3).
