The following uses shall be permitted and regulations shall apply in all districts which are combined "HD" districts in addition to the regulations hereinbefore specified.
(a)
Multifamily.
(b)
Residential care facilities (small).
(c)
Supportive housing (small).
(d)
Transitional housing (small).
(e)
Emergency shelter.
(f)
Single room occupancy.
(g)
Farmworker housing.
