7.03.10 Fees¶
The county health department shall charge and collect from the applicant the following fees for health department reports to the California State Department of Real Estate and Inspections for real estate loan or loan insurance organizations:
Service Fee
| Reports to the State Department Of Real Estate on subdivisions With individual sewage disposal Systems |
$100.00 plus $25.00 per lot |

| On subdivisions with individual water supplies | $100.00 plus $20.00 per lot |
| On subdivisions with both individual water supply and sewage disposal systems | $100.00 plus $40.00 per lot |
| Inspections for approvals to loaning or loan-insuring agencies on properties with either individual water supply or sewage disposal systems |
$75.00 |
| Inspections for approvals to loaning or loan-insuring agencies on properties with both individual water supply and sewage disposal systems |
