5.06.010 Per Diem Compensation¶

Pursuant to Government Code § 69948(t), the board of supervisors hereby establishes the "per diem" rate of compensation for reporting testimony and proceedings in contested cases by official court reporters and official court reporters pro tempore (appointed as necessary by the superior court judge) to be seventy-five dollars per day, or any fractional part thereof. (Ord. 787 § 1, 1982.)
