255-1. Authorization of Contract.¶
A contract exists between the Board of Supervisors of the County of Humboldt and the Board of Administration of the California Public Employees’ Retirement System, effective January 1, 1946. The contract has been amended since that time and is subject to future amendments. Such amendments are not codified herein. (Ord. 229, § 1, 11/ 13/1945; Ord. 2308, § 8, 9/23/2003)
255-2. Execution of Contract.¶
The Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Humboldt is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to execute said contract, and any amendments thereto, for and on behalf of the County. (Ord. 229, § 2, 11/13/1945; Ord. 2308, § 8, 9/23/2003)
