Chapter 17.100 — REPEALS AND CONSTITUTIONALITY

17.100.010 - Inconsistent ordinances repealed.

All ordinances and parts of ordinances inconsistent with the provisions of this title are hereby repealed insofar as they are inconsistent with the provisions hereof.

17.100.020 - Constitutionality.

If any chapter, section, subsection, paragraph, clause or phrase of this chapter for any reason shall be held to be invalid or unconstitutional, the decision shall not effect the remaining portions of this title.

The city council of the city of Kingsburg hereby declares that it would have enacted this title and each chapter, section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause and phrase hereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more chapters, sections, subsections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses or phrases are declared to be invalid or unconstitutional.
