§ 2.28.010. Creation.¶

There is created a county housing department.

§ 2.28.020. Enforcement responsibility.¶

The county building inspector has imposed upon him the duty of enforcing rules and regulations of the county housing department imposed by the State Housing Law as set forth in the Health and Safety Code of the state of California.
