§ 2.24.010. City Engineer—Powers and Duties.¶

Wherever in this Code a power is conferred upon, or a duty is imposed upon, the Director of Public Works, the Superintendent of Streets, or the Traffic Engineer, the power may be exercised by, and the duty is imposed upon, the City Engineer.
