§ 13.24.010. Establishment and collection.¶

Rates and compensation to be charged and collected by the City for services rendered, connections made to system, fees for additional construction and plant enlargement, shall from time to time hereafter be established by resolution of the City Council. The fees and charges so established by such resolution may be abolished or modified by a resolution to that effect of the City Council.
