§ 18.24.010. Minimum site area for mobile home parks.¶
The minimum site for a mobile home park shall be 15 acres, all of which shall be developed as a single unit.

§ 18.24.020. Recreation area.¶
It shall be required that a basic area of 2,500 square feet plus a minimum area of 200 square feet for each mobile home space beyond the first ten spaces, be set aside for recreation purposes; of this area one recreational building, 3,500 square feet for each mobile home site park shall be provided.
