19.12.010 Timing of claim.¶

All claims for money damages shall be brought according to the following requirements:

a. Claims for personal or property injury shall be brought not later than six (6) months after the accrual of the cause of action.

b. All other types of claims shall be brought not later than one (1) year after the accrual of the cause of action. (Ord. 10-03, 2010)
