(a) The 1979 edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code (published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials), with the changes, additions, and deletions set forth in Sections 5-11 is adopted by this reference as though fully set forth.

(b) Three copies of the 1979 Uniform Plumbing Code are on file in the Office of the Town Clerk.
