3.28.040 - Subdivisions.¶

As a condition of approval of a tentative map or parcel map (referred to in this chapter as development) the subdivider shall dedicate land, pay a fee in lieu thereof, or do a combination of both, for park, trail or recreational purposes.

3.28.050 - Single parcel development.¶

The owner of a single parcel shall dedicate land, pay a fee in lieu thereof, or do a combination of both for park, trail or recreational purposes as a condition of approval for a permit to build a subdivision, a new single-family home or multiple-unit structure.
