1.08.010 - Annexation.¶
Annexation to the city will be processed pursuant to 56000 of the California Government Code. The application fee for annexation shall be two thousand three hundred seventy-five dollars ($2,375.00), which fee shall include a non-refundable deposit of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). Such fee shall be in addition to all actual California State Board of Equalization fees, actual engineering costs, and actual Glenn County LAFCO fees.

1.08.020 - Detachment.¶
Detachment from the city will be processed pursuant to 56003.1 of the California Government Code. The application fee for detachment shall be two thousand three hundred seventy-five dollars ($2,375.00), which fee shall include a non-refundable deposit of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). Such fee shall be in addition to all actual California State Board of Equalization fees, actual engineering costs, and actual Glenn County LAFCO fees.
