1.08.010 - Designated.

A. Wherever the ordinances or resolutions of Parlier refer to the board of trustees, the reference shall be construed to be to the council.

B. Wherever the ordinances or resolutions of Parlier refer to the chairman of the board of trustees, the reference shall be construed to be to the mayor.

C. Wherever the ordinances or resolutions of Parlier refer to the president of the board of trustees, the reference shall be construed to be to the mayor.

D. Wherever the ordinances or resolutions of Parlier refer to the marshal, the reference shall be construed to be to the chief of police.

E. Wherever the ordinances or resolutions of Parlier refer to the fire marshall, the reference shall be construed to be to the chief of the fire department.
