Perris Municipal Code Ch. 1.24 Filing Fees and Service Fees

The ordinance codified in this chapter shall be known as the filing fees and service fees ordinance for land use and building permits.

It is the intent of the city council to establish reasonable rates for filing maps, permits, zone changes, variances and other miscellaneous requests to the planning and building departments in connection with land and buildings, and to establish rates for services rendered therewith. The rates may be adjusted and changed by the city council from time to time, when appropriate, by resolution.

The city council declares that the ordinance codified in this chapter is adopted to defray the costs and services of processing applications by the planning and building departments regarding land use and building permits.
